About Elder Care Management, LLC

Elder Care Management, LLC was founded with the intention of providing high-quality, independent consultation and aging life care expertise to Elders and their families in Fairfield County, CT and the surrounding areas.  In addition to assisting families, we work with conservators and others to serve Elders in a wide variety of ways (Please see HOME for services provided). 

Elder Care Management, LLC works with medical professionals known for the excellence of their care and experience with the aging community.   The caregivers we refer are known to us personally for their experience, caring, respect, and reliability.

About Melissa Mayernik, MS, CMC, Aging Life Care Professional, and Director, Elder Care Management, LLC 

Melissa Mayernik, MS, CMC, Aging Life Care Professional, and Geriatric Care Manager, has over twenty years of professional experience in Care Management and Elder Care. She is an Advanced Professional certified member of the prestigious Aging Life Care Association (formerly the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers). With deep roots in the area, and an extensive network of contacts in the field, she is able to bring an exceptional level of expertise to her clients and their families.

Melissa brings a strong commitment to the dignity, comfort, health, and safety of her clients to every consultation.
